The registration was open from 15 March 2018 to 2 September 2018. Please register by 22 June for Early Bird rate and 12 July for Standard rate.

The conference registration fee includes conference material, 3-day scientific programme, poster session, Ice-breaker reception, #ICOScapes Photo Exhibition Opening and lunches, coffee & tea.
For an additional fee you can choose to participate in the Banquet dinner on Wednesday 12 September.
For organisational purposes, we ask you to choose during registration whether you will take part in the following social programmes; a) Ice-breaker reception on Monday 10 September b) #ICOScapes Photo Exhibition Opening on Tuesday 11 September.
When registering you can also choose to take part in the excursions to the CzechGlobe Wetland Ecosystem station or to the CzechGlobe Atmospheric station on Friday 14 September. Maximun group size on both excursions is 50.
Accompanying person’s fee includes Ice Breaker reception, #ICOScapes Photo Exhibition Opening and the Banquet. The fee does not include the scientific programme. It is also possible to purchase the excursion for an additional fee.
The registration fees can be paid with credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Debit Mastercard, American Express), with Finnish online bank or by invoice (invoice fee of 10 € will be added). When proceeding to the registration form, please have the correct invoice address at hand. The registration is binding, please read through the cancellation terms.
The registration fees are free of VAT .
CANCELLATION POLICY/REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd. The fee for any amendments is 15 EUR/ registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 15 EUR.
Cancellations will be accepted until 31 July 2018 with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50 €.
After 31 July 2018 no refunds will be given.
If unable to attend, the registered person may substitute someone else from the same organisation by sending a notification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Force Majeure, health related issues:
Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of 50 EUR. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification.
Konffa Ltd recommends all-inclusive travel insurance.
